NUMBER SUBJECT. Efficiency of Production Processes in Mechanical Engineering

4-9 617
Abstract
Questions of minimizing the effect of cutting manufacturing processes on the environment and human as well as increasing the energy efficiency of these processes
are considered. It is proposed to represent manufacturing processes during their actual implementation in a form of the energy conversion and energy transfer
into the treatment zone. The corresponding energy balance makes it possible to minimize the effect of this process on the environment and human by minimizing
energy loss during its conversion and transfer as well as by minimizing the consumed current (for ac electrical systems). This also accompanied by an
increase in energy efficiency of the implemented manufacturing process. The energy approach to minimizing the effect of manufacturing processes on the environment
and human and to increasing its energy efficiency makes it possible to create a common procedure of lowering this effect for the whole diverse of manufacturing
processes, types and kinds of equipment, using which they are implemented; and to evaluate quantitatively the summary effect and compare manufacturing
processes of various types and kinds by this index.

Abstract
To lower the atmospheric contamination when fabricating polycarbonate sheets during the operation of the extrusion line, it is necessary to substantiate the selection
of purification apparatuses. It is reasonable to perform this selection based on the "Generalized Desirability" criterion, which makes it possible to compare
purification apparatuses by many parameters differently contributing to the provision of purification efficiency. The comparison of apparatuses by this criterion
when producing the polycarbonate wares using the extrusion line showed that a Tion Ext channel air purifier produced LLC Aeroservis, Russia, is most preferable
for using when purifying atmospheric emissions. This will make it possible to provide an efficient decrease in the concentration of harmful substances in air of the
working zone, improve labor conditions of workers, decrease the concentration of contaminating substances in atmospheric emissions, and increase the quality
of atmospheric air in the region

Abstract
Mechanical energy transfer from electric engine to actuator in industrial equipment is accompanied by energy loss. Main sources of energy loss for the industrial
equipment are considered by means of the experimental investigation of the interrelation between vibration and noise parameters. The analysis of the automated
system for shortening energy loss, which makes it possible to minimize the noise by vibration control in kinematic chains of manufacturing equipment, is performed.
The vibro-diagnostics is analyzed, on the one hand, as one direction for provision of the environmental safety by industrial vibration parameters, and on
the other hand, as identification of main sources of loss formation and prediction of its development.

Abstract
The possibility to evaluate vibrations in metalcutters is considered by using their simplest propagation law-linear law-is considered. A procedure of determining the
coefficients of the linear model of vibration propagation is presented by the example of their propagation in metallcutter guides. The adequacy of the linear model
for evaluating vibration propagation at a distance from the source of their appearance up to 1.2 m is shown by comparing the actual vibration parameters (by an
example of vibration velocity) with the values found when using the vibration propagation linear law. The evaluation error of vibrations does not exceed 2.5%. This
makes it possible to use the linear model of vibration propagation simplest compared with the exponential model, exponential-power model, and power model to
predict vibrations, which is especially important for the manufacturing production preparation, when designing and modernizing metalcutters, and when evaluating
environmental indices of the quality of manufacturing processes implemented using them.

According to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation; December 29, 2012; no. 273-FZ, one currently most important problem is the development, introduction,
and use of multimedia applications in the educational medium. A series of implemented trainers, which make it possible to investigate the questions of provision
of industrial safety and optimize the activity of industrial enterprises due to training of high-level specialists, is presented.

Abstract
A manufacturing line for the preparation of wood-mineral and wood-polymer composite materials from industrial waste is developed and patented. The advantage
of such manufacturing line is the possibility to fabricate various composite materials from waste of various industrial productions not varying substantially the constructive
features of these manufacturing apparatuses, the designs of which are specially developed for manufacturing such products.

Abstract
Equipment for utilization technology of drilling waste, which is currently widely used, and fields of its using are presented. The manufacturing, technical, and economical
characteristics of the introduced equipment-a SUPO-1M mobile installation, which implements the integration mineral-matrix technology (IMM technology),
are considered. The installation enables operating in Far-North conditions, implement the principle of the "zero fault", and fabricate a building material-reinforced
anthropogenic ground-due to processing drilling waste.

Abstract
The first rating of the environmental state of all 1100 cities of Russia is based on the calculation of the integrated intensity index of the anthropogenic effect on the
environment including the contamination of atmosphere, water sources, solid waste, and thermal and radiation pollution. A comparative analysis of the degree, to
which the cities determine the environmental situation in their region, is performed. Main factors of variations in the anthropogenic effect in cities of various classes
of population are revealed. New procedures of the integrated evaluation of the anthropogenic effect in cities are developed based on indices comparable for all
territorial levels and calculated by actual contamination areas allowing for scales and effect intensity.

Abstract
Scientifically and practically substantiated geometric shapes and parameters of spent pits allowing for environmental interests are presented. A geographic orientation
of inoperable sides of breakstone quarries is reliably established based on the results of field expeditions, space remote probing, and environmentalmathematical
modeling; the account for which ensures the accelerated formation and maximal density of forest vegetation. It is recommended, when working-out
the deposits of widespread minerals, to form the pits with a maximal area of unworkable pit edges of the West and North exposures. The area of the pit bottom
should have minimally possible sizes providing the safe operation of the mining-transport equipment at the final stage of open mining.

Abstract
One most rational way of utilization of brewage waste is the microbiological treatment. A protein foodstuff is fabricated by biotransformation of the main brewage
waste — brewery mash — with the immediate cultivation of the nontoxic industrial strain of a mycophilic fungus producing a complex of redox and hydrolytic ferments.
All replaceable and irreplaceable amino acids are found in chromatograms of hydrolyzate of the fabricated protein. A high content of lysine, arginine, threonine,
isoleucine, aspartic and glutamine acids, and an increase of sulfur-containing acids and tryptophan compared with the standard is mentioned. A fungus
possesses the cellulase, xylanase, amylase, and laccase activity; which allows it to transform a broad spectrum of cellulose-containing and lignin-containing substrates
to edible protein. A valuable quality of mycophilic fungus is the ability to synthesize irreplaceable unsaturated acids-linoleic and oleic acids and vitamins of
group B. The fabricated product of biotransformation of brewery mash can be good feed protein additive, especially to the ration of domestic animals, birds, and
fishes.

Abstract
This study is devoted to a topical problem of the development and introduction of effective methods of increasing the carrier ability of bases of buildings and constructions
by impregnating the soils of especially finely dispersed binders of the "Mikrodur" type, which transform it into the constructive element of building.
It is shown that the use of the finely dispersed binder makes it possible to increase the antifiltration properties of strengthened massifs, resistance to various
aggressive effects, efficiency of hardening in conditions of negative temperature, rate of strength increase, etc.

Abstract
A composition of solid protein-containing waste of fur production is investigated and it is established that a high content of an offal substance and a comparatively low content
of unbound fatty substances make processing the waste formed during fleshing skins of bear, sheepskins, and deer foots into the protein hydrolysate more reasonable.
Based on the found data on the chemical composition of the feedstock, the technology of fabrication of alkali protein hydrolysate applying sodium hydroxide is proposed.
Low-molecular dissolution products of collagen with satisfactory colloid-chemical properties are fabricated, notably, sufficient wetting, emulsifying, foaming, and washing
abilities. Production parameters of performing coaking of fur sheepskin with applying biosurfactants, which made it possible to exclude the application of synthetic surfactants
and antiseptics, are developed. This was resulted in the fabrication of a semifinished product, the quality of which corresponds to the standard, and a decrease in toxicity
of discharges by a factor of 17.4 is established. The proposed complex solution makes it possible to reduce the amount of solid collagen-containing waste by means of
their processing into biosurfactants and reduce the toxicity of liquid waste due to the replacement of synthetic surfactants by developed biosurfactants in soaking production
processes of fur sheepskin.

Abstract
Main target of this article is to spread the approaches developed for atomic power engineering to environmental protection systems and methods in other branches
of industry. A new definition, which is absent in the legislation, is proposed: environmental safety of the technosphere object. All variety of dangers and threats
can be classified by the key ontological principle, which is their occurrence in time: some threats occur in reality (actually), and other ones occur in possibility
(potentially). Some of them act constantly and chronically during the object operation, and other ones appear during accidents. Before the accident, the active
components can be measured determining the degree of wear and deformation, while the potential one can be only calculated by normative documents. The
chemical and biological safety enters the actual component and can be measured and determined relative to the maximum permissible concentration. Main problems
of provision of environmental safety of the technosphere object are analyzed and methods of their solution are proposed.
