Abstract
Under conditions of JSC "OMK-Steel" oh commercial electric arc furnace with capacity of 190 tons of liquid steel was received man-induced material, enriched by zinc, by means of remelt of previously obtaining dust from electric arc furnace. This material meets the requirements of metallic zinc producer, presented to feedstock. There is performed analysis of technical and economic characteristics of process, and determined ways of it modernization.

Abstract
This is carried out analysis of environmental issues concerning Join Stock Company "Saratov oil refinery". These issues are linked with waste activated sludge (WAS) recovery. There is offered a technique of WAS recovery, and possibility of obtained material usage as adsorbent for wastewater treatment from petroleum derivate, and as fertilized under planting of cereals and legumes.

Abstract
There is developed the installation for plant refuses recycling, notably grain production waste. Module principle of installation allows package manufacturing of any productivity. The installation is designated for working in farming enterprises, i.e. at the place of protein and vitamin supplement consumption, and therefore there are lacking the most energy intensive and "dirty" stages, i.e. evaporation, separation, drying and packing. Above characteristics are increased environmental cleanliness and profitability of manufacturing.

Abstract
There is given generic approach to selection of man-induced feedstock's enrichment schemes, including: slags, clinkers, slums etc., demonstrated a ranking system of possible enrichment methods according with chemical composition of man-induced materials. On the base of this ranking and examination of mineral and phase composition of man-induced waste as well its physical and mechanical properties and possibilities of selective disintegration were developed principles and directions of man-induced feedstock enrichment. There is presented estimation of existing treatment schemes.

Abstract
As way of sorting process optimization there is proposed to consider decrease of secondary raw materials percent selection and search of possible directions of so called tails of sorting use/ At all events we need to understand material balance of process and distribution of input flow on output materials.

Abstract
There is showed that ecobiotechnological method of shearing raw stock treatment enables not only obtain qualitative product, but substantially decrease level of negative impact on environment owing the fatty substances involve into functional and energy exchange at the stage of its treatment, as well as waste water generation under fulfillment of pasted pickling and tanning-greasing.

Abstract
It is discussed a possibility of agricultural waste use as heat resistant products after physical and chemical modification. It is recognized effective modifier increasing output of carbonizer more than 2 times

Abstract
There presented data on briquetting of carbon material. As bonding materials were used tar waste of captax production. It is recognized a possibility it use for carbon production waste into modern qualitative fuel

Abstract
There is presented method of transformation of petroleum compounds into humic-like substances in soil and water medium as result of microorganisms' vital activity. There are presented data about alteration of humic and fulvic acids concentration in soil in the course of oil contaminated soils remediation. Made an assumption about transformation of hydrocarbons into soil organic matter. Carrying out experiment, when single source of carbon that used microorganisms, was oil. It was stated that in process of bacterial growth occurs forming of humiclike substances.

Abstract
It is recognized that characteristic criteria of mechanic and chemical synthesis realization in the system "titanium carbon" from renewable plant roughage in the process of primary components activation at vario-planetary mill are structure of carbon modifications and degree of its aromaticity. Modifications of carbon derived from plant roughage could be effective alternative to traditional carbon containing agents. It is depicted that introduction of disintegration treatment into technology of powdered sorbents manufacturing is contributed to effective and rational use of renewable plant roughage.

Abstract
There are considered ways of formalization and transaction expenses that accompanied implementation of best of available techniques. There is described classification of transaction expenses in respect of different environmental processes on enterprises. There is described mechanism of putting to monetary value of some kinds of transaction expenses.

Abstract
There was studied vegetative ground cover of the main functional zones of Arkhangelsk (residential and industrial zones, urban forests and meadow). There was analyzed concentration of heavy metals in soils, underground and above ground parts of herbs. There was comparison made for intensity of accumulation of heavy metals in components of vegetative ground cover systems of the main functional zones of city, and prepared ranges of risks of pollution by heavy metals. There was estimated risk of urban ecosystem pollution. Arranged ranges of risk pedologic system of Arkhangelsk by heavy metals.

Abstract
There was studied spatial distribution of chemical elements in air emissions of coal CHP. The research was performed with the help of the bioindication method, mathematical stimulation of pollutants transfer in the air, and neutron activation analysis. It was showed that the maximum concentrations of chemical elements observed at distances from 2 to 4 km from the source. It was defined influence zone of CHP, for which the concentrations of heavy metals and other harmful chemical substances exceeded background levels in air emissions.

Abstract
Alteration of sludge composition, generated under electrochemical shaping of heat-resisting alloys in different electrolytes There was studying composition of sludges after electrochemical shaping of heat-resisting alloys in different electrolytes for different methods of separation and utilization of sludges. It is concluded the influence of electrolyte nature on structure of derived sludges. It is recognized that in sludges contained many salts; therefore there is need wash down the sludges. Sludges after electrochemical shaping of nickel-chromium alloys have very different composition, and could use for manufacturing of different products

Abstract
It is developed method of milk whey recovery, that accumulated in great quantity on enterprises for milk processing, for the purpose of exclusion of it ingress into soil. It is conceptualized influence of mineral composition of growing medium on activity of eukaryotic cell. Composition of a new growing medium is render stimulatory effect on growth processes and reproduction of lactose-fermenting yeast.
