Abstract
There are presented results of the most substantial projects research, carrying out recently through the programs of Chemistry and Material Sciences Division of Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) and RAS Presidium. The main aim of research is development of new processes and existing processes improvement for integrated utilization of mineral and renewable raw materials as well as man-induced waste. Obtained results are designed for implementation of energy resource effective processes in existing production.

Abstract
There were quoted investigation results on methods of environmental security increasing of sewerage net’s pipelines. There is presented the list of measures directed to upgrading and reconstruction of Moscow-City sewerage net. There was showed that main factor of environmental security and reliability of sewage conduits increasing will be implementation of science and practice-based strategy of sewerage net Moscow-City renewment. There was presented structure of program for Mainframe computer “Designing of pipelines renewment”, identified effective methods of trenchless sewage conduits renewment, that are applied in Moscow-City sewerage.

Abstract
There were investigated environmentally safe conditions of oxidation in a liquid phase of isobutyric aldehyde in isobutyric acid in the columned type reactor with application of Panchenkov nozzles. There is developed catalytic mix, preventing accumulation of explosive peroxy acids in the reaction mixture. There was offered the way of recovery of isobutyric aldehyde from waste gases by means of chemisorption polypropylene polyamines. There is showed results of obtained products testing as inhibitors of corrosion, used as conserving agent for oil-production equipment and water conduits from corrosion.

Abstract
There are examined general issues of creation and usage of water reservoirs and connected environmental risks. Special attention is given to possibilities of geoinformation techniques application for simulation of different scenarios of area impoundment in the process of water reservoir construction, or under dam failure. Procedure of simulation is based on usage of landscape digital models, created by means of high resolution’s satellite data. There is touched on an issue of decision-making on the base of information obtained by means of analysis.

Abstract
There was proposed concept scheme for recovery of secondary raw materials within the territory of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (YANAO), defined temporal stages of separate waste collection’s foundation within the territory of Okrug. On the basis of waste generation volumes within the territory of Okrug are proposed cost-effective techniques of waste recycling for YANAO, including waste paper treatment and primary plastics processing to produce granulated paper processing and primary plastics treatment.

Abstract
There was synthesized heterogenetic Fenton reaction catalyst by means of pillarization method with lamellar-column structure on the basis of montmorrilonite clay. There was demonstrated that catalytic reactivity and stability of catalyst under cycle operation in the process of azorubine oxidation by hydrogen peroxide allows recommending this catalyst as advanced material for waste water treatment from dyes.

Abstract
There are examined mechanism of buildup, composition and structure of welding aerosol in the process of arc fusion welding. There are delivered result (WA) on welding operation and composition of welding material as well as state-of-the-art on means of WA’s hazardous substances neutralizing. There were outlined approaches to environmental and sanitary-hygienic assessment of welding materials. There was performed analysis of technological and organizational measures’ application for decreasing of WA components’ adverse influence.

Abstract
There were set aside three types of dumps, i.e. dumps at landfill-sites, developed at 1980-90, which at present not satisfy the environmental requirements, and characterized by steady increase of its area; dumps at quarrying, forming in the process of mining of widespread mineral deposits (sand, gravel), and the third type, i.e. dumps, forming at land plots, not classified under said two types. There were proposed stages of solid municipal waste’s dumps redevelopment.

Abstract
There was carried out comparison of basic trends and results of iron and steel industry’s energy environment efficiency increase for Russia and EC-27 countries. Study was completed on the base of materials of Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys, FSAEI HPE Urals Federal University, Best Available Techniques (BAT) Reference Document for Iron and Steel Production from 8 March of 2012 as well as other publications. It was evaluated that for Iron and Steel Works of Russia and EC-27 under usage of the best of available techniques will be the next performances: production energy efficiency: 600 – 660 kg of reference fuel/ metric tons of mill products, equivalent mass of emissions: 50 – 100 kg/ metric tons of mill products. These performances for Russia are 1, 5 times as little than industry-average energy consumption and 3-5 times as little than equivalent mass of emissions.

There was investigated deicing agents toxicity, which are used at present in the cities of Russian Federation, for higher plants. There were identified the less dangerous deicing agents for environment. Results of this work allow improve for industrial establishments chemical makeup of agents, and it will be useful foe cities atmosphere and inhabitants health.

Abstract
There were offered the results of investigations concerning object of ecological interests at impact locations of first-stage vehicle, polluted with high toxic missile fuel. There was showed proliferation of asymmetric dimethylhydrazine, hydrazine and methylhydrazine in soil, native water and vegetation. For the first time there were obtained data on N-nitrosodimethylamine content in peaty soil at epicenter of launch vehicle’s used parts impact location.
