Methods of Assessment and Ways to Reduce Environmental Hazards of Motor-Transport Enterprises

Abstract

On the example of upgrading ventilation systems of trucks’ covered parkings, it is offered a cost-saving method for collection and recycling of exhaust gases from internal combustion engines. It is developed a method for quantitative assessment of the composition of internal combustion engines’ exhaust gases using the original mobile information-measuring system. The new assessment level of toxicity of internal combustion engines’ exhaust gases is proposed.
