Substantiation of Methods of Calculation of Allowable Discharge Limits in Setting up a Water Disposal System in Big Cities (as exemplified by the city of Barnaul)

Abstract

The study gives an algorithm of calculation of allowable concentrations of pollutants in wastewater discharged by industrial enterprises, as exemplified by Barnaul, with due account for limiting factors concerning the entry into the city's sewage system. The research results can serve as a basis for development of objective limits of discharged pollutants taken for treatment by municipal sewage systems in different cities of Russia.
