Abstract

There was offered take for assessment tool under development formation of environmental sound recultivation of non-mining flank of an opencast, forming in the process of manufacturing constructive and road stone temporary period appearance and density of vegetation’s pioneer grouping together with natural factors action, boosting these processes. There were described results of mining-environmental monitoring on depleted breakstone quarries; investigated vegetation productivity on different elements of non-mining flank of an opencast’s construction – rebates and offset terrains. There was determined the influence of geometrical parameters of man-made relief on appearance and species composition of species-pioneers of vegetation, taking into account presence or absence of top soil, its characteristics, as well as on quantity of trees and annual rate of its growth.
