Development of Technology for Producing Protein Products of Fish- Processing Industries' Secondary Raw Materials.

Abstract

It is offered the method for obtaining high-value protein from secondary raw-fish material, which, on the one hand, enables to reduce anthropogenic impact on the environment and, on the other hand, to compensate partly the lack of protein.
