Предложен способ получения высокоценного протеина из вторичного рыбного сырья, который, с одной стороны, позволит снизить антропогенное воздействие на окружающую среду, а с другой – частично компенсировать дефицит белка.

It is offered the method for obtaining high-value protein from secondary raw-fish material, which, on the one hand, enables to reduce anthropogenic impact on the environment and, on the other hand, to compensate partly the lack of protein.
