Abstract
There are presented the results of the work on creation of industrial plants for purifying air from nitrogen oxides, sulfur and fine impurities. Physical and technical bases of the process of purification using low-temperature plasma technology are considered. Flowcharts and diagrams of individual elements of the plants are presented. The degree of purification with the plants is shown to reach 85…90%.

Abstract
There are carried out the works on modernization of the non-catalytic purification unit. The degree of flue gases purification achieved as a result is more than 90%, which enables to meet not only the current requirements on emissions of nitrogen oxides with flue gas from reforming furnaces, but also long-term standards.

Abstract
Using methods of reliability theory and variation calculus, it is posed and solved the problem of increasing efficiency of industrial equipment in the enterprises for processing of solid household waste. As experimental basis for studies, there were served the real data on operating time between failures of machines and apparatuses of existing waste processing enterprises in Moscow. The results enable to choose the operating conditions corresponding to maximum reliability of equipment.

Abstract
In order to reduce the time of drilling sewage biopurification and the cost of the process, it was investigated the waste of alcohol production i.e. alcohol bard as a stimulator of growth of microorganisms-destructors of organic drilling reagents. The bard is found to be an active stimulator of growth of microorganisms-destructors of carboxymethyl cellulose and polyacrylamide in biopurification of drilling sewage; it can be recommended as a substitute for the more expensive stimulant i.e. "Biotrin" food supplement.

As a result of studying disperse composition and properties of the anticorrosive pigment prepared on the basis of large-tonnage waste of engineering production i.e. galvanic sludges and exhaust petroleum and edible oils, it is proposed recycling of these waste products with obtaining currently demanded conservating lubricants.

Abstract
There are considered the existing approaches to determining efficiency of enterprise's activity in the field of energy saving; disadvantages of these approaches are determined. To optimize evaluation of efficiency of enterprise's activity, it is suggested to use the concept of Balanced Scorecard ' implying introduction of key performance indicators of efficiency of the enterprise's system of energy saving. Particular set of performance indicators in the field of energy saving of the enterprise are proposed.

Abstract
It is studied the influence of aliphatic carboxylic acids on migration ability of copper in the "soil-plant" system. As the test plants, there were taken cultivated oat (Avena sativa L) and cutting lettuce (Lactuca sativa L). During vegetation period of these plants, it is determined the content of copper in them. Introduction of dibasic acids (succinic and maleic) into soil contaminated with copper is found to have the most noticeable effect on both the process of building biomass by plants and the degree of copper extraction as compared to monobasic ones.

Abstract
It is carried out simulation of natural processes passing in the landfill's "body" with the model reactor. On the base of the data obtained, it is presented analysis of basic biochemical processes passing at the solid household waste landfill of Irkutsk City. The laboratory studies have enabled to develop a model of spreading contaminants in the soil layer on the landfill territory.
