Abstract
There was considered experience of circulation systems of water management’s applicationas case study of implementation into mining and chemical, microbiological industries and automotive transport enterprises. There was demonstrated that sometimes will be sufficient full biological treatment without the application of special technique of polishing or physical and chemical treatment. In certain circumstances there is need upgrading of wastewater treatment, in particular filtering. These examples give evidence of advisability of wider dissemination of this experience.

Abstract
There were received lightweight (thermal insulating materials) from fuel and energy complex waste without application of natural traditional materials with high physical and mechanical factors. The application of petroleum cake with elevated content of carbon it is reasonably not only as non plastic materials, but as burning additions in the manufacturing of thermal insulating materials. One of the main properties of fuel and energy complex waste is its heating value, allowing use not only as main raw materials, but as fuel-burning base material, allowing refusing from refuse input in charging.

Abstract
There was offered application of chemical treatment of water’s sludge from Kazan CHP-1 for wastewater of fossil fuel power plant’s treatment. There was developed granulated hydrophobic sorbent on the base of carbonaceous sludge. There were matched conditions of granulating, dose of hydrophobic components. Received sorbent allows treat water from petroleum products until value om less than 0.5 mg/l. There were elaborated ways of used sorbent recovery as additive to support fuel of CHP; as mineral supplement for stabilization of road coatings. During the process of water treatment at CHP there are produced thousands of tons of sludge, that accumulated in drilling waste disposal site, doing damage to environment. Developments in given areas are widen possibilities of waste of production’s use, thereby allowing decrease environmental load on nature.

Abstract
It is known that widespread development in Russia production lines for used tires recovery, which contained steel wire cord, restrained because of weak profitability and competitive power. One of way of solution of this problem will be creation of effective domestic equipment, designed for treatment of such tires, on the all stages of flow process. In the majority of known technological lines on mechanical shredding used tires are applied their preliminary cutting on single sections with the aid of different cutters. There was studied cutting process for sidewall and wire bead rings from used tires with the aid ring circumferential knives. There was described methodology of shearing strength calculation, as well as experimental and computed data for cutting process of sidewall and bead rings. Methodology of calculation and received values for shearing strength could be use at design of industrial articles of equipment similar destination.

Abstract
There was traced limiting influence of heavy metals (HM) in the system “soil-plant” (through example of lead), given scientific evidence and developed regional system of environmental standardization of HM concentration in soils of Arkhangelsk-City. As key point of reference were applied concentration of HM in the soil, leading to decreasing of it accumulation (translocation) in plants, exceedance in its tissues MPC and MPL, as well as effect of mean phytotoxicity of soils on applied test chart (garden cress). There was noticed decreasing of accumulation of Pb by aerial part of motley grasses at content in soils of its mobile forms in amount of 2.0-2.5 mg/kg, attributable by display of abandoned in the process of evolution of adaptive mechanism of stability, including retarding of absorption of HM by roots. There was ascertained adequate feedback between phytotoxicity and content of Pb in the soils. Phytotixic impact of total content of Pb begins affected at its content in the soils more than 1 MPC, attaining the high values with 2 MPC, whereas phytotoxic action of lead is affected as late as at HM content less than 1 MPC (6.0 mg/kg). On the base of regression analysis and comparison with performance standards applied in Russia, there were developed principles of regional normalization for the conditions of the North. There were ascertained concentration of total content and content of HM moving forms, influencing on environmental state of motley grasses and phytotoxicity of soils, determined averaged limiting concentration (total content and moving forms) of the main HM, which are pollutants of Arkhangelsk’s soils.

Abstract
The solving of energy conservation and environment pollution reduction issues is assumed the introduction of min-CHP using traditional energy resources (natural gas), as well as renewable energy sources (biofuels). This work is dedicated to economic and environmental analysis from the point of view of the two options of heat and electricity supply of livestock breeding complex for 700 cows. In this work was made economic and environmental analysis of the min-CHP use with gas reciprocating engines with power of 100 kW, which run on biogas and natural gas, taking into account pollution of ambient air and soil by products of combustion. There was found that mini-CHP, which use biogas plants is more expensive than CHP which use natural gas. The efficiency of capital investments by using CHP with biogas plants is nearly doubles that of natural gas. In the case of project lasting up to 12 years is easy use natural gas. For long-term project (more than 13 years) biogas option gas advantage. Besides, biogas plants are effective means for investing money for further extension of agriculture.

Abstract
The aim of this work was cleaning of possibility for lowering of experiment’s labor intensity for choice’s conditions of the most full settlement Cr (OH)3 by means ofapplication of calculation methods. For the first time were performed as solubility calculation in the water of Cr(OH)3at the range of values pH 7-11 taking into account of generation by ions Cr3+ of hydroxocomlexes, both carrying out experimental proof of calculation. There was showed ineligibility of hydroxides dissolution only from solubility multiplication. Dependences of chromium concentration in the solution over the settlement as in the case of calculation, both in the case of experiment are similar. At values pH 8 and 9 concentration of chromium in the solution lower than MPC for wastewater, but experimental and calculated values are somewhat differed, that explained by kinetics factors. Coincidence of receiving by means of calculation of choice’s conditions of the most full settlement of Cr (OH)3 with experimentally received and literature data is argued efficiency of calculation methods application.
