Abstract
There was considered behavior of radioactive cesium compounds under plasma processing of radioactive waste (RAW) in shaft units. Analysis of reasons of radioactive cesium compounds ingress into gaseous phase under plasma processing of RAW allows draw conclusion that main reason of insufficient efficiency of isotopes Cs encapsulation in slag is forming of cesium volatile compounds in the top part of shaft furnace, its subsequent adsorption on aerosol particles, and then carry over of radioactive particles by pyrogas. There was offered recommendations on environmental efficiency increasing of radioactive waste treatment.

Abstract
There were considered possibilities of rare earth metals recovery from ashes and slag, predominantly from energy industry. There were carrying out laboratory research that showed that it is possible recovery of rare earth metals from ashes and slag of CHP plants by means of native species acidophilic chemolithotrophic microorganism populations. Data of this research could serve as the basis for mode adjustment and technology development for rare earth metals extraction from ashes and slag of CHP plants by means of biotechnology technique usingnative species acidophilic chemolithotrophic microorganism populations. There was also offered a possibility of developed approach’s implementation in pilot conditions using combined flotation devices, i.e. flotation plant, with description and mode of operation. Application of proposed unit allows to increase leaching degree of the rare earth metals by 15-20 per cents in comparison with conventional devices.

Abstract
There was offered effective technique of petroleum residues; recovery (such as tar, pressure still tar and other waste generating in the processes of crude oil refining and petrochemistry by means of its gasification). To this end there was developed design of setup for gasification of these substances, and then subsequent burning of received syngas in heating chamber of boiler, using received heat energy for boiler kindling from cold condition ad stabilization of subsequent burning of conventional low quality fuel in boiler, replacing in such a way deficient liquid fuel, used for these aims. Gasifier embraced in conventional boiler flow diagram; for this purpose is not required complicate reconstruction of boiler. Thermal output of gasifier could be 10-15 per cents of boiler thermal output. Gasifier is environmentally safe under regime of petroleum residues treatment, such as tar, pressure still tar and other waste generating in the processes of crude oil refining and petrochemistry.

Abstract
There was examined a possibility of industrial waste of silica gel usage as filling agent of castable polyurethanes. There were reported results of filling agent’s polydispersity assessment, as well as viscosity of reaction system depending on filling ratio. There was examined change of wetting properties of polyurethane composition at a time depending on filling ratio. There was showed that under filling of castable polyurethanes strength characteristics of samples rests on the level of non-filling samples. There was proved that by means of filling of silica gel waste could to decrease time of synthesis process of urethane polymers that allows decrease of opportunity costs and improve environmental characteristics of process at the expense of usage of lesser quantity of polyurethanes, filling with industrial waste of silica gel.

Abstract
The aim of this work is development of method of used thermal insulating materials from mullite fibers in the composition of composite binding for articles of sandwich type. Taking into account of increasing of used aluminosilicate fibers and lack of effective procedure of given waste recovery, this work will be pertinent. Novelty of this work lies in the fact of composition and method of realization of sandwich type material, including layers of roll material and composition, comprised of matrix in the form phosphate binder and filling agent, i.e. fibrous waste in the crushed kind. There was showed a possibility of stimulation of composite thermal insulating materials of different configuration. Worked out articles are not yield on thermal conductivity by foreign counterparts.

Abstract
There were considered problems of Optomechanical sorting usage for determination of municipal solid waste composition. There was presented algorithm of carrying-out of work, the main characteristics of pattern samples of municipal solid waste and results of measurements of area of the main components: paper, PET-bottles, polyethylene and polypropylene films and passes and influence of of statistical data, outputted by scanning unit, in the mass passed components. There was assessed optimal quantity of ballistic separator usage and grinding on the area.

Abstract
Because of intensive formation of deposits in pipes of convective section of boilers KVGM-30-150 there was carrying out integrated examination of chemical water treatment. Control of chemical water treatment by means of methods, recommended by the adjustment organization, showed that all parameters of treatment comply with set points. For detailed investigation were used electronic microscopy, microprobe analysis, X-ray phase analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. There was proved that the inhibitor is partially decomposed because of supercoiling during transportation and warehouse storage, and after batching in boiler water decomposition of inhibitor continued due to local overheating of water in a boiler. Herewith a procedure of control, used in a laboratory of boiler-room, doesn’t allows finding inhibitor decomposition, in the consequence in a boiler water batched partially decomposed reagent. The additional reason of deposits formation was slurry drifting of boiler.

Abstract
There were summarized data of surface waters chemical composition/s monitoring, carrying out on the deposits of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Districtin 2009-2011. There was carrying out analysis of oil hydrocarbons in different water bodies, including major rivers (Ob, Vax, Agan, Pim, Tromyegan). Results of hydrosphere monitoring on distributed resources of KMAD-Yugra, at large, doesn’t confirms established point of view about ubiquitous chronic pollution. During last three years the level of oil pollution was law, at that under comparison with preceding period of observations occurred trend to further decreasing. Most cases of oil ingress into hydrographic network, leaded to substantial exceeds of MAC, observed during last three years on the deposits developed by OJSK “Rosneft-Yuganskneftegas”. Maximal pollution is inherent for rivers with small flow rate, leak through territory of deposits with much quantity of pollution sources.

Abstract
There was considered urgent problem of metallic waste utilization. On the base of concept of intensive energy conservation developed flow diagram of thermodynamic optimum model (TDOM) of law waste and environmental safe complex of joint treatment of three kinds of metallic solid waste, scrap metals and used tyres. Analytical studies of developed TDOM complex of joint treatment of waste showed that creation and integrity of such possible with usage of existing at present thermo technical plants and ancillary equipment. In developed TDOM leading product will be metallic product (cast iron), and ancillary product will be cement clinker, but it is possible reverse option, when leading product will be cement clinker.

Abstract
On Kamchatka according with regional authority plans on large-scale extraction of solid minerals deployed development activities of gold extraction in the upper reach of main spawning salmon waters. Gold concentration plants and tailing dumps are allocated in catchment area of mountain rivers with high fish capacity. FSUE “KamchatNIRO” carrying out environmental fishery monitoring in the area of enterprises impact on the basis of Decree of the Government of RF no 994, in accordance with RosHydroMet license on carrying out activities in the field of hydrometeorology and monitoring of water bodies. Personnel of KamchatNIRO jointly with senior staff of Moscow institutions implemented multiyear hydrochemical, toxicological, hydro biological and fishery studies in the area of activities of existing mining and concentrating mills. Using the example of one from pioneers of gold extraction on Kamchatka, Achinsk mining and concentrating mill, showed that extraction and benefication of auriferous and polymetallic ores on the peninsula, leads to loss of spawning area for salmons in mountain rivers, depressed development of fisheries sector. There was established speed of development of destructive processes in natural stream under intensive manmade impact and degree of occurring changes in ecosystems with high sensitivity to manmade impact. Therewerediscussed estimations, justifying rationale of priority development of fishery sector on Kamchatka. There were analyzed committed violations of international and Russian trade standards of the best available techniques in metal mining industry on principles of design, location, and exploitation of mining and concentration mill. Gold extraction, biological productivity of ecosystems, valuable salmon fishes.

Abstract
Made analysis and demonstrated generalized scientific and technical information on composition of biological deposits and influence of its on efficiency of heat-exchange equipment’s operation in the systems of circulating water supply of petrochemical production. Abstract
Under conditions of field trial there was studied efficiency of peaty ameliorations usage for waste coal recultivation. There was specified that usage of ameliorants secure increasing content in subsoil labile organic matter (7,9% from Ctotal), changing of it qualitative composition, as well as contributes two-four increasing population of microorganisms and reinforcement dehydrogenase, polyphenol and peroxy activity of subsoil, that create conditions for formation of humus’ primary structure.

Abstract
There was developed improved technology of amino-acid composition’s production for reagent detoxification and disinfection of wastewater sludge by means of “soft” alkaline hydrolysis of meat meal. There was showed that under obtaining 1000 liters of final production specific flow of meat meal is equal to 350 rg, as alkali the most preferably use potassium hydroxide in the quantity of 100 kg, temperature of process is 105-110oC not more than one hour. There was proved that total content of amino-acids in obtained reagent is equal to not less than 120 g/l, that exceeds given factor in the reagent-prototype (AK-3E) by 30 per cents.
