Abstract
There are discussed issues of energy and metallurgical production plants establishment. There are examined the main prerequisites of these works appearance: detrimental effects of existing enterprises on environment, low degree of wasteless techniques roll-out, high energy resources consumption, high price of iron ore raw materials, lack of qualitative scrap. There is demonstrated concept of industrial organization on energy and metallurgical complex through the example of  mini-steel mill, that allows ensure treatment of low quality scrap and solid domestic waste with receiving of energy (up to self-sufficiency), wide range of steel products, derivative products of secondary waste treatment (cement and cement articles), highway glass ceramics, mineral wool etc.)

Abstract
There is demonstrated technology of recultivating material manufacture on the grounds of drilling fluids as efficient mode of pit-free drilling system’s creation on the remote field. There is presented parameters variety of drilling state in the form of three factors group: filtration, geomechanics and toxicological. There are theoretically justified and experimentally confirmed sludge filtration’s consistency in geocontainer.

Abstract
There was presented classification of emulsifying machines. There were described schemes of patented by authors constructions of dispergators and centrifugal nozzle with advanced design. There were demonstrated results which attained with the use of water-fuel emulsions as liquid fuel for boiler unit.

SCIENTIFIC DEVELOPMENTS

Abstract
There were described results of experiments on research of colloid-chemical properties of electric arc furnaces’ dust. There was pointed out that on addition of dust to water solutions with pH <7 at solution pass into compounds, having properties of coagulants. High efficiency of treatment achieved owing to increasing of pH, formation of marginally soluble sediments and coagulation processes.

Abstract
There was performed analysis of region’s environmental situation, described results of man-induced raw materials’ laboratory studies in the form of bottom ashes mixtures as aggregate and filler for concretes and mortars. Authors developed formulation of composite gypsum binders based on Portland cement, fine ground slag, fly ash and gypsum binder with optimized grain composition of mineral supplements’ particles in composition of formulation. There were examined mechanical and physical properties of CGB. There was determined that usage of fine ground silica containing supplements up to specific surface area 450 m3/kg will increase strength properties of concrete based on CGB, ensure effective characteristics of softening factor, water-binder ratio and WPC (water pollution class).

Abstract
There were carried out researches of different techniques of multi-component oil-contaminated waste separation, including drilling sludge, and developed a multistage process, containing centrifugal separation, water in oil emulsion destruction, enhanced gravity separation and settling. The developed technique allows conducting waste separation on constituent fractions: petroleum products, nonhazardous mechanical impurities suitable for the manufacturing of construction materials, and water. The results of researches were used in the design and fabrication of integrated installation for oil-contaminates waste treatment.

Abstract
There was developed technology of brine production and making for usage in different industrial processes, especially for alkali-chlorine production by electrolysis. Resaturation of spent brine is carrying out immediately in brine well with simultaneous removal of part of detrimental impurities, i.e. calcium and magnesium compounds, Technology has a range of advantages in comparison with familiar methods of haloid solutions production. There was decreased energy resources consumption, increased production output of clarification apparatus, reduced sludge volume and fresh water consumption.

Abstract
There was performed research of fluidized bed’s hydrodynamics in three-phase system. There were defined parameters, affected on holding capacity of packing. Based on dimensional method was achieved equation for calculation of volume of holding capacity’s packing. This approach allows by means of processes simulation, occurring in column, achieve the most degree of Sulphur dioxide removal from gaseous discharge.

Abstract
There are discussed issues of adverse ecological influence of chemical enterprises and ways of its reduction. Through the example of “Togliattisynthesis” industrial park there was demonstrated that establishment of chemical parks is the efficient way of reduction of adverse influence on environment.

Abstract
There was demonstrated brief characteristic of main types of secondary platiniferous raw materials objects, which are waste with high concentration of toxic substances. At the same time man-induced wastes are rich by platinum metals, and could use as promising industrial inputs for its extraction.

Abstract
There was investigated bioindication potential of tree and shrubbery plantation’s leaves  in assessment of environment pollution by heavy metals on the coverage of mining and smelting enterprise LLP “Kazzinc” Ust-Kamenogorsk City (Republic of Kazakhstan). On completing of research identified species, accumulators, which capable of better accumulation of heavy metals, i.e. leaves of plants B. pendula Roth. (drooping birch), A. negundo L. (box elder), P. nigria L. (black poplar), S. alba L(white willow), E. argentea Pursch. (silverberry), S. vulgarisL. (blue ash). These species could recommend for creation of sanitary protection zone of non-ferrous metallurgy enterprises as well as phyto filters of ambient air.

Abstract

Within the frame of a series of articles “Ranking industry and realities “green” economy of Russia” presented one from instruments of arriving in 21 century postmodern stage of development civilization, where in group of a new needs of globalized market of goods and services entered cross-country rating and indices. Among variety of ranking goods is considered niche of ecological and ecological-economic ratings and indices, analysis which and possibilities of its use at present dedicated four articles. The first article dedicated to analysis of causes and sources of ranking needs’ arriving in establishment of new informative and worthwhile commodity product as paramount tool of globalization, promoting convergence of national economies and accelerated movements of capital. There is assessed specificity of Russia integration stage into world economy, thanks to active participation in different ratings under adopted by world agencies indices. There are given examples of planned traditional costs from state budget, directed to improvement of Russia positioning in some ratings without social commitment for health gain of nation, biological necessity of people in clean water, qualitative air atmosphere, sufficient in terms of quantity and quality foods for life of modern type of man/ Through the example of different physical and mathematical models, lay out into analysis on climate change causes pursuant to greenhouse effect assumption, demonstrated possibility of broad manipulation by obtained results in forecasting ways of civilization sustainable development and recommended on its base ways of potential hazard of warming’s reducing and associated calamities.

Abstract
There were demonstrated possibilities of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs (Maslow pyramid) for expansion of it framework structure by means of allocation of hazardous and harmful factors all over levels of pyramid, that allows detachment specific hazardous and harmful factors of environmental safety for each level of pyramid.
