Abstract
It is discussed overview of state and perspectives of metals recycling development in Russia and in the world. There were gathered and analyzed data on trends of market development of most scaled on consumption volume metals. There were summarized results of studies on dynamics of social-economic processes in the world. There were defined priorities of metals recycling development in Russia and in the world. There where systematized results of investigations on assessment of efficiency of zinc-containing raw materials recycling.

Abstract
There were elucidated problems of integrated improvement of eco-efficiency concerning industrial enterprises in severe conditions of restrictions in respect of pollutants emissions in environment. There were considered questions of the best available techniques implementation, reconstruction of enterprise infrastructure and engagement of personnel into environment management system through the example of large enterprise of petrochemical industry. There was presented experience of implementation of automated system for monitoring of impacts on ambient air in affected zone of enterprise in collaboration with regulatory authorities.

Abstract
Different kinds of dust contained in industial waste gases and vent emissions are one from the most common ambient air’s man-made. There is offered design of dust separation equipment. There are presented results of investigation on waste gases process purification efficiency increasing from dust (especially fine dust) under all technological processes, wherein dust emissions take place, that imply significant importance for industrially developed regions of Russia.

Abstract
There were considered questions of immersed vortex flow meter’ application for paper-and-pulp industry’s waste water measurement. There was testing of immersed vortex flow meters on simulation equipment. There were methods offered of error decreasing of immersed vortex flow meters that allows more precisely metering waste water flow.

Abstract
There are examined technique and plant for increasing of hydrogen part of natural gas (catalytic conversion of hydrocarbons) before it combustion in boiler furnace. Increasing of hydrogen part leads to fuel consumption decrease, carbon dioxide emissions and nitrogen oxides. As results, we can see increased economic and environmental efficiency of heat generation plant.

Abstract
There was data evaluation on process sheets of integrated waste water treatment of electroplating (chrome-bearing, acid-base) from heavy-metal ions (HMI) via use flotation method for meeting requirements, presented for process water of second category (GOST 9.314-90). There was specified that flotation could be used as the main treatment technique as well as tertiary treatment (integrated waste water treatment) of electroplating effluents. Application of high effective flotation agents allows achieve regulatory requirements for waste water treatment of electroplating as well as optimized flotation process of HMI concentration.

Abstract
It is shown, that aluminium-containing waste with maintenance Al2O3 more than 20 % are possible to use waste products in manufacture ceramic materials: acid proof, wall, clinker and porous fillers with high physicomechanical, chemical parameters that promotes recycling industrial wastes and preservation of the environment.

Abstract
There were offered process designs for demolition of unauthorized dumps for household waste, disposed within the territory nearby of large rural settlements in Krasnoyarsk Kray as well as solution for creation of repository and disposal in it soil layer, polluted by benzo-a-pyrene.

Abstract
There were delivered results of carried out techno economic study of main methods of polycarbonate residue recovery as well as experimental studies on thermal handling of residue with preparation of carbonaceous sorption materials. There was investigated influence of activating agent (carbon dioxide, potassium hydroxide) under carbonized activation, obtained by virtue of low-temperature pyrolysis of polycarbonate residue, on yield of a product and forming of carbonaceous sorption materials’ porous structure. There were developed technical solutions on polycarbonates waste handling with preparation of carbonaceous sorption materials.

Abstract
There were undertaking studies for selection of different chemical agents for hexavalent chromium removal from solutions. There was recommended chemical treatment with using of Na2SO3 for spent electrolytes from electrochemical treatment of nickel-chromium alloys. For electrolytes with closed system is recommended use compound electrolytes with adding of barium salts in amount from o,5 to 3% depending on chromium quantity in alloy; in doing so improving output parameters of anode treatment and toxic hexavalent chromium removing.

Abstract
There were investigated processes of blast furnace’s slags wasteless processing under conditions of reducing smelting of titanomagnetite and titanium silicate concentrates from Yarega deposit, allowing eliminate import dependence of Russian titanium industry from ilmenite raw materials. There was carried out design of enterprise for treatment of 480 thousand tons of blast furnace’s slags per annum. Experiments showed that from blast furnace’s slags besides titanium concentrate could be receive secondary products like calcium nitrate, fluid glass and sludges based on Al(OH)3 and Mg(OH)2, and fromtitanium silicate concentrate – powders of silicium carbide and amorphous silica.

Abstract
There were carrying out experiment at Desnogorsk reservoirby estimate of diurnal cycle of pH, O2 and some organic and biogenic matter (“aliasing”) as well as quantitative estimation of self-purification by means of “real” simulation in polyethylene microcosm. Results of concentration calculations for forecast model were compared with factual data, and obtained errors were sufficient reasonable for effect-oriented calculations.

Abstract
For the purposes of computing monitoring performing with regard to ambient air quality carrying out database of pollutions emissions updating in the territory of Kazan-City. There were gathered data of sources’ air pollution inventory from all main enterprises of City. There were carrying out calculations of pollutants emissions dispersal with the aid of received database. There were presented characteristics of ambient air of Kazan-City.
