ery of hazardous industial and household waste at small-scale plants. Proposed engineering solution will provide top of the line ecological clean-ness, rate of combustion waste at plan, as well as reliable air pollution control system.
There is considering a problem of harmful emissions in air reducing during operation of production machines air systems.
SCIENTIFIC DEVELOPMENTS
There were developed perspective methods of aluminum-containing waste integrated treatment with production of alumina, coagulants and construction materials. At the first time was isolated high-reactive amorphous aluminum hydrate by means of low temperature carbonization. There were synthesized new kinds of coagulant from aluminum chip, different aluminum hydrates, kaolin clay, and coal ashes. Developed techniques allows for expand resource portfolio of aluminum industry, holistically isolate valuable products, launch large volume production of coagulants from domestic raw materials, and refuse from usage for this end deficient aluminum hydrate.
There were synthesized catalysts based on high-porous cellular materials by means of d- and f-elements oxides' impregnation. There were inves-tigated their textural characteristics and catalytic activity in oxidative reactions in gas and liquid phase. Received catalysts will be prospective for treatment of gas emissions and wastewater of industrial enterprises.
There was undertaking a study on model oil-contaminated water treatment by filtering on laboratory bed filter using of expanded perlite bed. There was determinate liquid resistance of sorbent layer, examine temperature influence of model waste water on filtering process, when using expanded perlite's bed. There was specified optimum height of perlite's filtration bed.
There was made assessment of environmental hazard of lead (II) compound, entering into environment after removal from glass of cathode-ray tubes. At the first time was showed, that removing of lead (II) from glass of cathode-ray tubesis take place by solution of any acidity, and strong depend on glass dispersability. Proposed technical solutions have practical relevance as far as it's allow for receive from secondary glass of cathode-ray tubes articles of different purposes.
There was carrying out integrated investigation of composition and properties of ashes and slug waste (as an example of Khabarovsk CHP-3), that allows identify its unique features and relevant for Khabarovsk Kray ways of recovery. Investigations showed that physiochemical properties of ashes and slag waste and low specific activity of natural radioactivity in its confirmed usage of this waste for building materials manufacturing. Content of many elements in ashes and slug waste is significant< and this is testified about possibility of useful components extraction.
There is made assessment of possibility of glass fibers waste usage by means of oxidative pyrolysis after recovery of composite materials from bodies of Solid propellant Rocket Engine (SPRE). There was considered a possibility of glass fibers waste usage as fiber in fibred concrete. Application of glass fibers wasteafter recovery is of interest not only as recovery method of glass fibers waste SPRE, but as source of perspective reinforcement material – glass fiber for production of fabric, cement, plastics and asphalt reinforcing.
Therewere analyzed issues of environmental accounting and control in the modern period by taking into account international practices. There
were made conclusions, that enterprise accounts must reflect it relation to environment and influence of costs, risks and responsibilities, relates
with environmental activity. Concerns of enterprise's environmental activity could gain advantage in competitive struggle for clients, in case of their goods and services are advantageous from environmental view.
ANALYSIS. METHODS. PROGNOSIS
The paper studies the ways of environmentally sound solid waste incineration by taking into account full destruction of dioxins and furans and community concerns about this problem. Present day metropolitan city unable find the answer to this issue without this kind of municipal solid waste management.
There was investigated qualitative and quantitative content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) in deposited medium of Blagoveshchensk
city. Estimation of polluted soil's degree on total aromatics content showed, that a great part of urban soils related to polluted soils; according with specified content of benzo (a) pyrene in soils have weak degree of pollution. There was revealed local parcels, where soils are related to heavily polluted on total aromatic content, and, simultaneously, have very heavy degree of soil pollution by benzo (a) pyrene.
Therewas carrying out inventory of traffic flow for Kazan-city, defined quantity of pollutants, released by its in air. In the frame of uniform program for calculation of pollutants dispersion was developed database for emission parameters, allowing conduct different model calculations. There were carrying out calculations of pollutants dispersion in atmosphere. It is described estimated performance of air quality for Kazan-city, estimation of efficiency of some measures for air protection.
