Abstract
For the first time in Russia carried out industrial reprocessing of electric arc furnace dust Join Stock Company "Severstal" by utilizing Waelzkiln with high capacity (more than 350 tons per day). Run testing confirmed performance index application for this purpose of Waelz-process as environmental sound and reliable technology for reprocessing of different types of waste and middling product of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy.

Abstract
There are presented flue gas cleaning technology with application Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction (SNCR) Join Stock Company "All-Russian Thermal Engineering Institute" together with Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I.M. Gubkin carried out practical approvement of the best available technology on pulverized-coal-fired boiler P50-R of generating unit with capacity 330 MWt Kashira GRES. Obtained results demonstrated that the implemented technology of SCNR provides for regulatory level of Nitrogen oxides in flue gas, and helps provide, when applicable, more high degree of gas cleaning.

Abstract
At present, the most technologically advanced methods of valuable components extraction are flexible hydro chemical technologies of modular type, which helps provide the high degree of extraction, low level of waste, the low price of finished product. There are presented technology option, based on acid treatment of mud, as a result of which we could additively gain such products as yttrium concentrate and flocking agent for industrial effluents treatment.

Abstract
There are analyzed reasons of physical and mechanical properties deterioration of secondary composites with compounded polymers, manufactured from waste of production and consumption. There are determined conditions of spontaneous crack of secondary composited with compounded polymers at different geometrical dimension of compound product particles and temperature conditions of molding. Abstract
During experiments is considered the extraction of anions salts and acids (AsO2 –, SCN–, ClO4 –, Br–, HSO4 –, BrO3 – from water solutions by alkyl amines with various degree of replacement on the atom of nitrogen with the length of hydrocarbon radical C8-C18 in organic phase of extenders: anizol, furan, benzene, cyclohexane. Identified dependence of factor of distribution on length of hydrophobial radical and type of polar group amines, the nature of extracted anions and extenders.

Abstract
There are presented the results of a comprehensive study of chemical and petrochemical industry's negative impact on the environment's state and the health of children population. A comparative evaluation of the quality of ambient air and indoor air of children's educational institutions located in the area of the investigated industrial zone's emissions influence is carried out. Abstract
There are examined properties of enzyme systems of actionomycetes Steptomyces chromogenes s.g. 0832, proposed in bio flocculants role for waste water of meat industry treatment. Experimental data demonstrated that optimal results of effluent treatment are observed at temperature and pH range that coincides with range of enzyme complex stability.

Abstract
For purpose of remediation of territories contaminated with anthropogenic natural radionuclides, at the first time was used high efficiency sorbent – lignin of timber, which is waste of pulp and paper industry. Obtained results indicated that lignin of timber is capable not only absorb effectively uranium and thorium from liquid phase of contaminated ashen-gray soil, but this absorption is competent. Obtained data demonstrated potential of lignin application for remediation of soils contaminated with radioactive elements.

Abstract
The specialists of the "Iskra" Scientific and Production Association in cooperation with the Perm National Research Polytechnic University have carried out a research work on utilization of solid-fuel rocket engine's fiberglass materials as raw-stuff for building materials such as concrete and foamed glass. Utilization of solid-fuel rocket engine's fiberglass materials after pre-treatment is shown to increase binding properties of cement composition and to enable production of concrete with higher performance.
