Abstract
There were clarified issues of law enforcement in the field of environment protection, made analysis of Procuracy supervision of law enforcement in the area of environmental management, identified the most spread law violations in this area. There was given attention to chapter 8 “Administrative offences in the field of environment protection and environmental management’ of Russian Federation Administrative Offence Code, liability of infringement of law in the field of nature protection. There were marked identified by prosecution agencies in the activity of market participants in the area of production and consumer waste treatment, carrying out operation of landfill-sites.
