Directions of Improving the Rationing of Pollutants Emission into the Atmosphere

Abstract
Deficiencies of the existing system of rationing of pollutants emissions into the air are analyzed. On the base of investigations and practical experience in rationing of emission, there are suggested the ways of its improving in order to obtain more reliable data on the allowable emissions standards that will promote health standards for ambient air quality in industrial areas.
