Ranking industry and realities of “green economy” of Russia. Part 2. From history of ecological ratings.

Abstract

There were considered the most common ecological ratings in global economic policy of inter-country relations. There was noted almost 30 years story of Simon Kuzntets’ bell-shaped curve alignment with consolidation of civil society in the green issues and sustainable development and it use termination as criteria foundation of ecological unanimity. Special focus was give on big work, connected with use of regions Russia’s ranking by ecological and economic index (model of World Bank) of adjusted net savings as commonly approved in 200 countries. There was assessed theoretical significance of regional rating of country. There was expressed necessity of correction for results comparison of executed work with other inter-country and trans-regional ratings, indices, social research and possibility of their use in inspection or predicted system of socioeconomic indices of regions in the frame of sustainable development model’s implementation.
