Technogenic materials – raw materials for generation of fluxing material

Abstract

There are demonstrated that the application of magnesia-silicate materials leads to change of mineralogical composition of wall accretion, that generated by high basic ferriferous slag of electrical furnaces and converters. As a result, we could observe increasing of refractory properties and lining resistance.
