Enhancement of methane biocatalytic oxidation in system gas – liquid under phase transfer amplification

Abstract

It is established that under the action of gas transportation liquids is occurred substantive phase transfer amplification. It is depicted that methane biooxidation velocity under introduction of gas transportation liquids at water phase is increased at 1.17-1.3 time, and this result is correlated with oxygen volumetric coefficient of mass transfer. Studying results could serve as physical-chemical base for development of chemical and biochemical processes amplification methods, that are limiting by mass transfer of marginally soluble gases from gas phase into water phase.
