Abstract
It is demonstrated the need of information application system creation in the field of spreading of best of available techniques concerning environment protection. Authors formulated the basic principles and tasks of information application system (OAIS) "Atlas of best available technologies in the environmental protection field UNIDO". It is presented structure of OAIS, as well as "Atlas of best environmental protection technologies".
