Abstract

It is considered one of the methods of neutralization and recycling of toxic oily wastes i.e. chemical method. The data of long-term studies to create national waste-free technology and novel technological solutions for toxic sludge handling, their neutralization and recycling for enterprises of Russia's oil-and-gas sector are presented. The results of process optimization and working out of neutralization agent composition are presented as well. The technology has been tested in stationary and field conditions. All recommended solutions are experimentally confirmed at the objects of oil-and-gas sector.
