Author Guidelines
Authors bear their responsibility for the reliability of presented data, accuracy of the information concerning the quoted literature as well as for usage in the paper of the data, which shall not be subject to open publication.
The manuscript should be sent to the Editorial with a cover letter from the organization and expert conclusion on the possibility of publication, drawn up according to the standards of this organization.
The paper with account of the Requirements to the design and contents and with attached License Contract shall be sent to the address of the Editorial Office by mail/courier. For accelerating the work, the paper can be sent for publication in the electronic form to the address of ecip1996@yandex.ru with the subsequent dispatch of the original ccopies by mail/courier to the Editorial Office.
The LICENSE CONTRACT (shall be filled in and signed by all co-authors of the paper) is sent to the address of the Editorial Office by mail or courier in two copies. In connection with adoption of Part IV of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the license contract is submitted into the Editorial Office edition without fail. 1. REQUIREMENTS TO PAPER CONTENT:
1.1. The paper consists of the following sections:
i. PAPER TITLE. The scientific paper title shall be informative. Title may contain conventional abbreviations only.
ii. ABSTRACT repeats the paper contents in brief. It shall be in volume no less than 100 words (according to GOST: 850 characters, no less than 10 lines). In the capacity of the help for writing of abstracts We can recommend GOST 7.9-95 "Summary and abstract. General requirements” developed by the specialists of VINITI (All-Russian Institute of Scientific and Technological Information) in the capacity of the help to write abstracts.
iii. INFORMATION ABOUT AUTHORS. The authors shall present their full name, science-degree, post, contact information (telephone number, e-mail, agency address, agency title). The authors give the official complete title of their agency, additionally the abbreviated title can be given.
iv. PAPER TEXT. The paper starts with the title showing the solution of a concrete practical problem in the submitted work. Introduction contains the description of the existing problem, work objective, formulation of the problem, justification of research technique selection. The experimental part contains a summary of the findings, their analysis, novelty, comparison with already known results in the field considered. The paper shall contain the description of process diagrams or constructional decisions explaining the basic results of the work and distinctive features against the known analogues. Discussion and analysis of the findings including predictive estimates of the findings usage shall include the recommended application areas. The conclusion (brief) or enumerated outputs shall agree with the abstract (not repeating it word-for-word), the paper contents and show the completeness of the solution of the formulated problem as well as contain practical recommendations (for commercial operation, for further researches, for process and plant creation, outlook for the work).
v. LIST OF THE USED LITERATURE includes the sources containing the materials used by the author and is drawn up according to GOST R 7.0.5 - 2008. Citations in the text are given in square brackets: [1] or [2–6]. Numeration of sources shall correspond to the sequence of their references in the text. It is unacceptable to refer to unpublished works as well as the literature more than 2003. Own works shall be cited no more than once.
vi. KEYWORDS are attached on the abstract in Russian as well as specific terms in English are indicated.
2. REQUIREMENTS TO PAPER DESIGN
a. PAPER TEXT no more than 12 pages (actually the paper volume is defined by significance of the submitted material, subject reviews can be submitted in larger volume), A4 format including figures, tables and so forth, printed with the use of Times New Roman font (12 points) through 1.5 intervals is submitted as one copy on paper (with signatures of all authors) and the electronic carrier (or by e-mail). The text shall be in the Word format. The paper starts with the title under which the initials and surnames of authors and the complete title of agency (agencies), where the work has been executed, are typed. Application of the International systems of units (SI) is obligatory. Formulas and letterings shall not be typed by means of the Word formula editor. Tables shall have subject title and consecutive numbering.

c. ILLUSTRATIONS (figures, photos, diagrams) are submitted as separate files in JPEG format with resolution no less than 300 dpi.
d. SIGNATURES TO ILLUSTRATIONS are submitted in separate file in Word format.
