Рассмотрено негативное влияние шума на здоровье населения, которое может значительно возрасти при сочетанном воздействии с другими физическими факторами (температурой, вибрацией, воздействием электромагнитного поля и пр.). Акустический комфорт урбанизированных территорий не может быть отделен от других факторов, влияющих на качество жизни. Определены принципы оценки негативного влияния шума на здоровье населения при сочетанном воздействии с другими физическими факторами. Представлены новые методы и подходы к мониторингу шума. Приведены результаты сочетанной оценки влияния шума для территории г. Тольятти, Россия. Рассмотрена модель для анализа и разработки обеспечения глобального комфорта на загрязненных урбанизированных территориях с учетом накопленного опыта во Флоренции, Италия, в рамках Плана по снижению шума (согласно которому не только шум рассматривается как беспокоящий фактор для территории), а также более широкий подход к акустическому планированию в условиях урбанизированных территорий. Представлены результаты исследований различных аспектов и причин заболеваний, которые необходимо учитывать при планировании мероприятий по защите от шума. Приведены результаты анализа влияния шума на здоровье населения, отражающие рост негативного воздействия шума на здоровье населения и важность проблемы защиты от него.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Negative noise influence to the population health may be significantly amplified in combination with other physical factors (vibration, electromagnetic fields etc.). Principles of noise influence estimation in combination with other physical factors are discussed. Acoustic comfort in urban areas cannot be completely separated by other factors influencing the quality of life. Results of combined estimation of noise influence for the territory of Togliatti city of Russia are presented.
