Установлено, что сильноминерализованные пластовые воды обладают острой токсичностью для дафний, зеленых одноклеточных водорослей и мальков рыб, которая устраняется при 2–100-кратном разбавлении проб. Рассчитаны показатели летальной кратности разбавления ЛКР50 и летальных концентраций ЛК50 исследуемых проб воды для тест-организмов, которые колебались в пределах от 10780 до 27910 мг/л, составляя в среднем 21140 мг/л. Сделан вывод о том, что исследованные пробы пластовых вод, которые значительно (на 3–4 порядка) отличаются в положительную сторону от норматива концентрации ЛК50, равной 10 мг/л, не могут быть отнесены к веществам, представляющим опасность для окружающей природной среды.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The chemical composition and toxicity for living organisms-aquatic organisms of reservoir (waste) and surface (for injection into reservoir) waters of production facilities of the LUKOIL-Ukhtaneftegaz RPC were studied. It has been established that highly mineralized formation waters have acute toxicity for daphnia, green unicellular algae and fish fry, which is eliminated by diluting the samples 2–100 times. Indicators of the Lethal Dilution Ratio of LDR50 and lethal concentrations of LC50 of the studied water samples were calculated for test organisms, which ranged from 10,780 to 27,910 mg/l, averaging 21,140 mg/l.
