Показано изменение структуры микробного сообщества в нефтезагрязненных почвах и морфофизиологических показателей растений кресс-салата. Выявлено, что высокие концентрации нефти в почве ведут к серьезным нарушениям микробного сообщества и угнетению биохимических процессов в растениях, что подтверждается угнетением роста и развития растений кресс-салата, а низкие концентрации нефти, наоборот, стимулируют рост растений кресс-салата. Сделан вывод о необходимости представленных экспериментов в целях полного и разностороннего тестирования токсичности нефтепродуктов на различных живых организмах и анализа характера их ответных реакций.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The impact of oil on soil microorganisms and watercress plants was assessed. Changes in the structure of the microbial community in oil-contaminated soils and morphological and physiological parameters of watercress plants are shown. It was revealed that high concentrations of oil in the soil lead to serious disturbances of the microbial community and inhibition of biochemical processes in plants, which is confirmed by the inhibition of the growth and development of watercress plants. However, low concentrations of petroleum oil, on the contrary, stimulate the growth of watercress plants.
