Рассмотрены вопросы увеличения экономической эффективности и инвестиционной привлекательности развития промтерриторий в условиях постоянного мониторинга возможного негативного воздействия на объекты окружающей среды. Изучены различные аспекты развития промышленных зон города с учётом внедрения современных технологий очистки выбросов/сбросов и повышения экологической безопасности производств в целом. Проанализированы статистические данные по загрязнению территории крупных городов Самарской области (на примере г.о. Тольятти) по промышленным предприятиям, вносящим наибольший вклад в загрязнение окружающей среды региона. Исследована структура проекта ОВОС на конкретном примере промышленной зоны ПАО "КуйбышевАЗОТ".</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The prospects of applying the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) procedure as part of nature protection in an industrial area city development are analyzed . The issues of increasing the economic efficiency and investment attractiveness of industrial areas development, with constant monitoring of the possible negative impact on the environment are considered. Different aspects of the city industrial zones development with the introduction of modern emission/discharge cleaning technologies and improve the environmental safety of industries as a whole were studied. The statistical data on the territory pollution of Samara region big cities (on the case of Togliatti), on the industrial enterprises making the greatest contribution to the pollution of the region environment are analyzed.
