Установлено, что даже негорящие свалки представляют собой долговременную угрозу, выбрасывая такие высокотоксичные вещества, как сероводород, меркаптаны, дисульфиды, аммиак, амины, оксиды азота, фосфины, арсины, монооксид углерода, формальдегид и др. Горящие свалки выделяют полиароматические углеводороды (ПАУ), а также полихлорированные бифенилы (ПХБ), дибензодиоксины (ПХДД) и дибензофураны (ПХДФ). Проведено исследование технологий термического обезвреживания ТКО с получением энергии. Показано, что контролируемое сжигание ТКО в условиях современного предприятия позволяет не только минимизировать образование таких супертоксикантов, но и снизить их дальнейшее попадание в атмосферу практически до нуля благодаря корректно подобранным методам очистки дымовых газов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The impact of burning and nonburning MSW landfills on humans and the environment has been studied. It has been shown, that even nonburning landfills are prolonged threat, discarding such highly toxic compounds as hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, disulfides, ammonia, amines, nitrogen oxides, phosphines, arsines, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, etc. Burning landfills discard polyaromatic hydro-carbons (PAHs), as well as polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), dibenzodioxins (PCDDs) and dibenzofurans (PCDFs). The study of technologies of MSW thermal rendering harmless with obtaining energy has been carried out.
